HISUN vehicle maintenance schedule
We are working on unified maintenance schedules for the current HISUN models. Once the technical verification is complete, you will be able to check here:
- •the date of the first service,
- •the dates of subsequent periodic services,
- •intervals by mileage, engine hours or time,
- •recommendations for demanding operating conditions,
- •the basic scope of service work,
- •information specific to individual HISUN models.
Until the tables are published, information about the next service date can be obtained from an authorized HISUN service point.
How is the service date determined?
The service date may depend on:
- •the vehicle's mileage,
- •the number of engine hours worked,
- •the time since purchase or the previous service,
- •the vehicle model,
- •the way and conditions of use.
The service should be carried out once the first of the limits specified in the schedule for a given model is reached.
Demanding operating conditions
Low mileage does not always mean light use. More frequent checks may be required for vehicles used, among others, for:
- •work with a plough,
- •towing,
- •carrying heavy loads,
- •riding in mud, water, snow or heavy dust,
- •frequent short trips,
- •prolonged idling,
- •operation at low speed under heavy load.
The vehicle's operating conditions should be taken into account when planning the next service.
Why are regular services important?
Regular servicing allows you to:
- •monitor the condition of the engine and drivetrain,
- •check the brakes, suspension and steering,
- •detect leaks, play and damage,
- •check fluids, filters and consumables,
- •reduce the risk of unplanned breakdowns,
- •maintain warranty protection in line with the applicable terms.
Carrying out and documenting the required services on time is one of the conditions for maintaining warranty protection.
Services and the extra year of HISUN warranty
When you buy a new HISUN vehicle from the authorized dealer network, you can extend the standard 2-year warranty to 3 years free of charge.
Register the vehicle online within 14 days of the purchase date. The additional year of warranty is granted after a positive verification of the application and once the programme conditions are met.
To keep your warranty protection, carry out the required services in line with the schedule and make sure they are properly documented.
